The Responder IFAK has been designed for the modern-day Operator & Officer who requires the most from their gear. It holds a full Trauma Kit Loadout while still being super slim for Vehicle & Helo Ops. Deployment of your Med Gear is as easy as Click & Pull. No Zippers or Extra Steps.

Flexible Mounting options allow you to set up your IFAK in whatever way is comfortable for you. Mount Up Horizontally via MOLLE or Belt slide through, or Vertically via Belt Slide Through.

    "Well made piece of equipment. My complaint is I have lost two CAT tourniquets working uniformed patrol. I’d like to see better retention of TQ. Although probably great for range training. I have been wearing it in a uniformed law enforcement officer capacity for approximately 5 months."

    Minimal action for maximum response

    "I have been running this ifak for 5+ years. Ive had to pull it once in an actual emergency and I didnt need to worry about fumbling with anything. Its one buckle and pull and everything stays put but is fully accessible. The TQ holder is tight though I would like a little more protection for it as its wide open for nature to touch. You can use Malice clips or Onewrap depending on your setup. I used Onewrap on my Defense Mechanisms Mech belt that has no external Molle. Thats my only reason for a 4/5 but I will be buying another to add to my pack"
